The Kolbe ‘A’ Test:

Gives you a great report at the end. Also tells you what areas of weakness you should avoid.
The StrengthsFinder Test:
This test was my next most influential test to affect my life: https://www.gallupstrengthscenter.com/ This strengths test gives an awesome report and you can purchase the book to go along with your evaluation. They have quite a few books out that can be purchased separately, even on Amazon.
The Myers & Briggs Personality Test:
